MICHAEL A. BARRON – Founder/Managing Partner
Mr. Barron has been a developer of new business enterprises for over 40 years. Mr. Barron began his career in 1971 where he was the Senior Planner for the City of Monterey and was the HUD liaison for the City’s downtown redevelopment project. He master planned the city’s redevelopment of famous Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and was Secretary of the Architectural Review Committee. Mr. Barron was the founder of Citidata, the first electronic provider of computerized real estate multiple listing service (MLS) information in the nation from 1975 to 1979. Citidata became the nation’s largest provider of electronic real estate information and was sold to Moore Industries in 1979. In June 1979, TRW hired Mr. Barron to develop its real estate information services division (TRW/REIS) that acquired 11 companies in the field and eventually became the world’s largest repository of real estate property information - Experian. Concurrently, Mr. Barron joined Vescor, Inc. of Fullerton California and became its President shortly thereafter. Vescor was a real estate syndication company, which owned 1,736 apartment units in six states. In 1984, he founded Microventure, a software developer of real estate applications for the newly developed IBM PC. Microventure received its Value Added Reseller status as one of the first 10 software applications officially branded for the IBM PC. The product line called “SOLD”, was deployed to all Coldwell Banker, Realty World, and Red Carpet offices as well as several thousand independent Realtor offices. He took Microventure public in 1986. In November 1988, he founded and served as President, until 1992, of Finet Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:FNCM), a publicly traded mortgage broker and banking business specializing in e-mortgage financing on site in real estate offices and remote loan origination via the Internet (www.finet.com). The company was publicly traded and maintained a market capitalization of $500 million. From March 1995-1998, Mr. Barron pioneered the first nationwide commercially deployed video conference mortgage financing platform for Intel Corporation which as a licensed mortgage banker and broker in 20 states funded over $1 billion in closed loans. He later went on to serve as CEO for Shearson Home Loans, a $1.3 billion mortgage bank with 237 offices, licensed in 33 states with 1,450 employees. He founded Liberty Capital, a $100 million asset management company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Barron holds a BA degree in Political Science and City & Regional Planning jointly from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the National Association of Realtors 1995 Product of the Year Award, The 1997 Nationals Obsession award and the 1974 American Institute of Planners Annual Award for historic building preservation. He is the CEO of United Rail, a private passenger excursion rail enterprise and the CEO of Las Vegas Xpress, the excursion by rail from LA to Las Vegas. Ne is the founder and CEO of the X Wine Railroad, an excursion rail journey to California vineyards.

Wanda Witoslawski - CFO
Ms Witoslawski has served in progressively responsible financial positions for public companies over the past fifteen years. She is currently the CFO of United Rail Inc., as well as the CFO of X Rail Entertainment, Inc.
Ms. Witoslawski's prior experience includes serving as Controller for Ocean West Enterprises as well as Controller at Liberty Capital Asset Management, where, she managed public accounting documents for SEC filings and the financial supervision over the liquidation of over 4,000 mortgage loans the company had acquired.

MICHAEL A. MASON, J.D. - Partner
Michael Mason currently serves as Executive Vice President of United Rail, Inc.
Mike is a proven Investor Relations and Capital Markets professional with 20 years of experience working with the financial community.
Mike has helped to arrange financing for over 200 public companies both through traditional investment banking as well as direct investments from institutional investors, family offices, and Regulation A and Regulation D offerings. Most recently, he was instrumental in securing a $75 million financing for the IPO of a publicly traded leisure and entertainment company, and a $70 million financing for the IPO of a publicly traded rail transportation company.
He has a track record of successfully developing and executing on strategic investor relations programs to drive significant shareholder value.
Mike has represented clients in various sectors including medical device, biotechnology, cancer diagnostics, technology, pharmaceutical and consumer product companies in the United States, Europe, South Africa and Australia. In particular, he has extensive experience in the rail industry, as well as the marine transportation sector having worked with international container, dry bulk and oil shipping companies.
Before joining United Rail, Mike was Vice President of DresnerAllenCaron an Investor and Media Relations agency based in Chicago, where he designed and executed various programs to increase both company exposure and shareholder value.
Prior to DresnerAllenCaron, Mike spent 16 years, from 1999-2015, as a Vice President of Allen & Caron, an investor relations and communications agency based in New York with offices in Irvine, CA and London. While at Allen & Caron he acted as the primary liaison between the financial community, including buyside and sell side analysts, investment bankers and his clients.
He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a member of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, one of the country's most widely read and respected law journals. Before attending law school, he was awarded a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business and Marketing from Rutgers University.
DIANNE D. DAVID-BARRON - Executive Vice President - Real Estate/Asset Manager
Dianne D. David is the Director of Real Estate & Asset Management. She manages the private rail car fleet for United Rail, Inc., which will be deployed on the Las Vegas Xpress train next year. She is also the Station Development Manager for the new rail station to be built in Las Vegas. Ms. David was previously the Vice President of the REO Department for Liberty Capital Asset Management. She’s also served as Vice President of Residential lending for Shearson Home Loans, Sales Manager for Virtual Mortgage Network, Vice President of Lender Services for Finet Corporation, and as President of the Lender Services Division of American Financial Network. She owned her own mortgage company, Gulf West Mortgage based in Sarasota Florida. She Owned a five office real estate company in Ohio with her father, Jim David. She was a leading salesperson of residential and commercial properties in the region. Ms David was named Realtor of the Year for the Ashtabula Board of Realtors in 1980. She currently holds a Sales Associate license in Real Estate in Nevada and California. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a BA in Real Estate.
WAYNE BAILEY - PARTNER
– Mr. Bailey heads up our International Trading Group and is responsible for the trading of securities through a number of platforms.
Prior to joining Barron Partners, Mr. Bailey was active in the OTC markets for small cap and micro cap public companies. He secured financing, managed public disclosures, mergers and acquisitions and compliance for several small cap public companies. He has also been involved in the development, acquisition and growth of industrial companies in the steel, water, corrosive materials, and plastics manufacturing.
Mr. Bailey is a graduate of Utah State University with a degree in Accounting. He is a CPA. Mr. Bailey is a decorated Vietnam veteran as a member of the 101st Airborne. He was twice wounded in combat receiving the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star for his defense of his fire base perimeter during the Tet Offensive.
